Make it grand, but make it livable. This home was featured in the 2023 Utah Valley Parade of Homes. This house is a great example of grand and spacious meets warm and comfortable. From the movement of the quartz and soapstone to the warm tone of the beams and cabinets, to the soft texture of the Venetian plaster, the textures found in the home created a very natural and calm space. The textures and tones of this home warm up each room and the space planning and furniture pieces allow for each room to feel welcoming and cozy. The house is surrounded by trees and has spectacular views of the mountains so we wanted to make sure to feature those natural elements in the home as well. The handmade terracotta tile floor in the spa with the walls of windows creates a retreat-like space where you feel like you are in nature. Natural, warm, open, and livable, this home has it all.
